Privacy Policy

Updated: February 2026

1. Site owner

This website (psyfrolov.pro) belongs to Roman Frolov, a registered sole proprietor (FOP, Ukraine) and Master of Psychology. The legal form and registration details are given in the “Legal status” section. The site is not anonymous.

2. What data is processed

The site contains no forms and does not collect personal data directly (name, e-mail, phone). Booking a consultation happens through external services — Telegram and Mindly — which have their own privacy policies. Technically, like any website, the server may record anonymised data (IP address, browser type) in service logs, solely for the operation and security of the site.

3. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies to store your language choice and cookie consent. Analytics or advertising cookies are set only after your explicit consent via the banner (“Accept”). If you choose “Decline”, such cookies are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell, share or disclose your data to third parties. For California residents (CCPA): we do not sell personal information. For EU users (GDPR): processing is minimal and based on your consent and the legitimate interest of operating the site.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know what data is processed, to withdraw cookie consent and to submit a request regarding your data. As the site keeps no personal-data database, most requests concern only server service logs.

6. Contact

For privacy matters, contact us via Telegram: @psyfrolov. We will respond within a reasonable time.
